25 weeks...and super sharp pain in my lower back...ideas?

Im currently.25 weeks pregnant. And for the last week I have had super sharp pains in my lower back / butt cheek. only on my left side. very painful al uncomfortable. Hurts to even walk sometimes...any ideas how to help this?? Any one else feel this? Is it a pinched nerve? Any help would b great....thanks

I believe it's the baby putting pressure on the sciatic nerve, which runs up your left side. I got the same pain as well around 27 weeks. All you can do really is keep flexing your legs and having baths or showers to relieve the pain.
