Starting baby food - Babysitter rant

My son is almost 4 months old (on Feb 14th). The pediatrician gave me the go ahead to try small bites of baby food if I wanted. I've tried a couple spoonfuls of sweet potatoes and peas.
My aunt babysits while I am at work and she feeds him 2 or 3 containers of the 2nd stage Gerber baby foods every day + cereal! I've told her not to and she does it anyway. He is only drinking 10 ounces of formula (I stopped breastfeeding shortly after he was 3 months because it is impossible to pump at work for me) during an 8 hour period with her. He is 17 pounds (big boy! I know!) and she says "he needs baby food" because he is so big.
She feeds him sweet potatoes, bananas, peaches, cereal, and idk what else because she went and bought some after I packed what we had away in an effort to stop it. I'm fed up!
I don't want my baby eating pureed baby food . Plus, he pukes up the baby food every night.
She also was going to tie him in our dining table chair so he could sit up without her holding him. WTF? Are you crazy?

Ohhh wow, I know she sees herself tryna help out but thats a lot of food. Shes stretching out his poor lil tummy.

Whoaaaa I know it might be easier said than done but you need to find a new sitter ASAP. She's obviously set in her ways and isn't gonna change. Your poor son!

its already obvious she will not listen nor respect your authority as a mother. For your son's safety, you need to find a new sitter asap!

Omg, my mother was like this. One of the reasons I became a stay at home mom! For some reason, some women think that because they had children they know everything and no matter what you say they do what they want. My son was (and continues) to be a big boy. Not fat mind you, just big! She was positive that he needed food before he was ready and I would get him home just in time for him to puke. She would tell me that I obviously did not know what I was doing because he only threw up at my place. I even threatened to file child abuse charges (ironic..but that's another story) . Didn't even make a dent in her skull. So, I refused to bring him over and quit my job.

Omg my baby is a big boy to (20lb3oz at 18 weeks) but hes only on one meal a day and I give him like sweet potato for a few days then go onto carrots for a few days and so on so if he has an allergic reaction we know which one he's allergic to, also lets him get used to the different tastes

Has for tieing him in the chair so he can sit up thats well out of order you need to find a new sitter asap

Wow I would def be looking for a new sitter. Baby may be big but if he's puking than it may be making it worse to feed him all that
