pp periods
So I am four month postpartum and I am breastfeeding and also on the mini pill. I bleed initially after giving birth on oct 13 for seven straight weeks. I had 12 days of no bleeding and then got my first period on dec 13th. since dec13 I have had four periods lasting five days each that come 9-14 days apart and in between periods I am spotting. I know that after having a baby it can take your cycle awhile to get back to normal but I am so tired of bleeding. I also still have a painful aching that is going on down there andbwondering if anyone else is having this? ( I had a very hard birth with a lot of tears and TONS of stitches) so is this just the new normal or will it get better?
