pillows for a 4 month old

My son loves sleeping with a pillow but I only do it when ill be in the room to keep an eye on him. Am super scared to give him one at night cuz am afraid he will roll over and not be able to roll back. Is their such thing as a really flat pillow ? I know that sounds dumb but am just wondering.

My daughter has been sleeping with a pillow since 5weeks I have like a super thin pillow in her crib and I just set her like half way on the pillow were only like her butt it off bearly

Yes I did I just rolled a swaddling blanket and tucked it againt her belly so she couldn't roll. She still uses it minus the blanket

I let my daughter sleep on a super flat pillow. It got flat from my bf using it before lol it was a firm pillow from Ross...idk how he makes them that flat
