I packed stuff i didnt even need lol. I packed diapers and wipes and they supply them there but you can take them just in case. Wash rags, toothbrush, razor, shampoo & conditioner a few take home outfits for baby, (socks, hats, sleepers, onsies..) going home outfit for yourself, socks, underwear, bra, hairties and an extra comfy outfit in case your water breaks like mine did and you have to rush to the hospital in wet pants lol pillows of your own,
I'm 33 weeks haven't packed yet...prob gonna just do it when I start feeling contractions. With my other two pregnancies I just packed the day I had them. We live like two blocks from the hospital so if I forget anything my fiance can run home. I just normally bring the basics...I have never stayed the whole time either I leave usually the next day bc I hate being there so I don't need much...lol
I didn't pack until I was In labor but all i packed was sweat pants, shirt, soap, socks, bra, underwear, tooth brush, tooth paste, camera, and stuff for the baby like sleepers and a going home outfit and diapers cause i didnt like theres but thats about it and i didnt even need most of that stuff cause they give you some stuff @ the hospital
You REALLY dont need much, unless you are "high maintence"
-babies coming home outfit -deoderant -toothbrush, although they give you one to use -your comfy going home clothes (dress as if you are still five months pregnant) -hubbys flip flops (you will NEED the extra foot space if you get real swollen, I did)
I over packed. The next I will only bring: coming home outfit for baby, comfy clothes for me to come home in,phone charger, toothpaste ,toothbrush ,deoderant ,hairbrush, hair tie and make up
Im for sure taking a pillow, a nursing bra, my stretchy yoga pants, and some slippees, and baby outfit. Toiletries of course but I used a list off the internet and I took way more than what I used during that time! So im def packing light this time because our hospital gave me really stretchy underwear, socks, and much better pads than what I brought.
I packed a couple hours before going to the hospital! (Son came three weeks early) Tooth brush, toothpaste, comfy yoga pants/sweats, slippers, non-slip socks, outfits for baby, computer, phone chargers. Hospital pretty much provided everything. This time I am finding my own gown!
I packed my gowns.go home clothes personal care.items granny panties house slippers baby clothes for pictures and going home then I threw a bunch of unnecessary stuff in there too that I won't b packing the second time around...like diapers

Some sort of entertainment, in case it is a long labor of if you have to stay a few extra days. Books, word search, travel games ect.
Comfort object. Blanket, stuffed animal, photos.
A stress ball to squeeze while in labor. Especially if you are going natural.
Pads and old undies that can get thrown out. Unless you want to wear the joke of pad/undies the hospital offers.
List of phone numbers of people to call in an emergency. Hospital might not let you have your phone on.
