why are my ribs so sore?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and when I woke up the other day my ribs were so sore and it hasn't gotten any better.

Same thing happened to me. Your baby is up in that region so shes just kicking them. Or as my mother says hanging feom them like a monkey lol but its normal for how far along you are
