Im dining a mix drink I have like no tolrance since I haven't drank in a long while.. When do you know when to pump and dump I was feeling it a little now I'm not so am I okay for pumping or no
Unless you feel full or engorged there is no need to pump and dump..idk about mixed drinks but its every 2 hours for a 12oz beer. I had Baileys last night and didn't pump and dump, I pumped before I started drinking which was right before she went to sleep and then pumped again this morning before I went to work. As long as its out of your blood its out of your milk. DON'T PUMP AND DUMP IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO! lol
