first doctor appt today

I'm so confused... so I got a bfp and go to my appt and counting from last period it makes me 4 1/2 weeks. But my doctor tells me I'm only two weeks from conception?? But writes on my ultrasound pic (which baby was only a little nut) 4 1/2 weeks. So which is it?? 2weeks or 4weeks??? I don't understand. I have another ultrasound in two weeks to confirm my due date.

Your period counts as well. So 2 weeks before you ovulate
