It didn't say on the bottle? If you're under 175 then you take 2, no water for 15 mins before or after. If you weigh over 175 then you're supposed to take 3-4.
It's werid mines say one four times a day which kind do u have? @ericak22 im asking because I used to take 4 fenugreek and 3 blessed thistle 3 times a day it's just doesn't seem like enough
you can either take 2 twice a day, or 1 four times a day. I think it works better to be doubled up. I have the Motherlove Herbal Company's more Milk Plus
