scared/frightened baby

Lately my baby seems really jumpy, any noise frightens her. She is 7 months and has always been a good sleeper and although very active an overall good baby,when we talk she gets scared and jumps, she cries when we aren't around snag not like a "I wanna be held cry" more of a "i'm scared cry". She's been waking yup at allot. Is there anything I could do, does anybody know if it's just a stage, our what it could be? Thanks...

I'm pretty sire its just a "stage" some babies go through.. my sisters oldest son used to get really scared all of a sudden for no reason also.. we would just be playing patty cake and all of a sudden he would bust out screaming. It would freak me out lol.. like as if he seen something I didn't. He went through that for maybe a week.

pray before she goes to sleep or even if she fall asleep. that happened with my first son. . God bless u.
