Can infants get utis? My daughter is eight months old and formula fed

  • When my son was a baby he had to to see a kidney specialist once every few months for kidney issues and high blood pressure. The doc would always ask if he had had any utis since his last visit. So yes, long story short, they can. I'm not sure if he ever had one because how could u possibly know when u can't ask a baby if it hurts to pee and his doc never told us what to look for should he have one. I hope your lo doesn't have one but if she does I hope she gets well soon!
