Girdles and flat bellies pp

How many of you wore girdles after birth? All the ladies in my family and some friends are telling me it works wonders for them to get back to their prepregnancy body. Well the ones that stayed on track with the right weight gain throughout the pregnancy. Whats your opinion if you used one?

The kind that I liked was like a big/wide ace bandage. I liked it cuz i controlled the tightness and target areas.
