Starting to get really nervous about delivery... This is my first and I'm a pretty private person and I don't want a bunch of people in my business lol not comfortable at all with it and thinking about it makes me have bad dreams and consumes all my thoughts about it

That's totally normal I'm the same way but to b honest with u once u go into labor and actually start pushing and stuff people in the room will b the least of ur worries because there will b a team in there with u I'm pregnant with my second and I totally felt the same way wit my first

@Maymommy2011 I know at the hospital I do my student nursing rounds at, the expecting mother can request a care plan for the day of delivery which can include people allowed or not allowed within the delivery room. Of course you have to have the doctor and nurse there, but excited family members or other staff members can be requested to remain out of the room until the baby is delivered.
