Ever since I had my son 5 months ago I haven't really had too much feeling down there. Like I can still feel it lol but not as much as I used to it almost feels like I'm numb? He was sunny side up at first and then they gave me something to put me to sleep and he flipped himself. They had my pushing for a good 30 mins before they decided he needed to flip
