anyone been monitored whileon clomid?

as some may kno i had an ultrasound tuesday it showed teo big follies well i went in again this moRning & theres NOTHING! yay i did ovulate! im pretty sure i ovulated yesterday mroning anyway! he also said there was fluid in my uterus..he says everything looks really good send me off home with a good luck=) my questions is has anyone had fluid in their uterus and eneded up with a bfp?
