Is it normal for a 7 day old baby to eat like 3 oz of breastmilk ? My daughter is.contantly hungry

Very normal. My daughter since day one I feel like has always eaten 4oz shes 4 months now. My doc always said just feed her when shes hungry and don't force it when shes not.
