    I took it 4 times a day before I found out I was pregnant again. Also just take a sip of water, and then after the 15mins are over after you take it drink 8oz of water :) it really does help your supply after a few days of taking it!

    You just open your mouth wide and drop it in....it's the nastiest shit ever lol....I hated taking it!

    I always forget to take it 4x a day. And like ashley said, drop it down your throat.

    @EricaK22 ohh ok...i really hope it works for me because shes been on my boob so much i feel like nothing is coming out lol

    @ashley_smashley and @nelsbrandon idk if i could that without water...i used to have a hard time swallowing pills period. ima try take it with a teeny tiny sip lol... how well did it work for u two?

    It worked well for me. If you drop it as far back in your throat as you can then it won't taste as bad.

    It worked but I realized its making my face have patchy dry spots.
