spotting?

i am slowly stopping bf & started spotting real little for 3 days does this notmally happen? i have only had onr period & my lo is 5.5 months so idk my co worker said she spotted without getting a reg period when she didnt pump as much so im just wondering if anyone else had that. & when should i get my normal periods after bf? im not on bc.

I think it varies for everyone. Once your hormones even out you will probably have a regular period but it might take a while for your cycle to regulate.
