Small red bumps

My son is 7 months old today and he started getting little red bumps on his legs arms and face could he be allergic to something? And hes been scratching his ears? No fever though and hes not being fussy

Have you recently changed detergents? Could also be if you wear perfume or your hubby wears Cologne, and its irritating babies skin.

Hes be rolling around on our bed more often and yeah well same brand of detergent but diff scent
