A little beach canopy to prevent too much sun for your son. As far as the drive, my lo sleeps in the car. Stop periodically the to change and feed him.
Were heading to the beach as I type. We have a shade thing and got him a float that has a shade. Sun screen, hat, bathing suit (we got the sun protectant shirt too). We left at 3 am and he slept until 7 I fed him and we are now playing in the back seat.
