WIC & JAR FOODS

SO FOR THE FIRST TIME I GET MY JAR FOOD FROM WIC. AND THEY SAY STAGE 2 ON THEM ISNT THERE A STAGE ONE FIRST OR SOME THING BEFORE STAGE 2 IM NEW TO THIS SO I DONT UNDERSTAND CAN SOME ONE HELP

    Stage one is 4-6 months. stage two is 6+months

    Yea. i just started Jack on stage one. he's 5 months. wic doesn't give it to us yet tho.

    Does he eat the whole jar my son only has a couple spoons

    You'll notice that he may eat more on some days and very little on others. My LO started by having 5 to 6 spoons twice a day. She'll now do a 4 oz jar. That started about a week ago. She's 9 months now.

    Don't force baby. You'll soon learn the signs your LO gives when full. He/she will either turn their head, fuss or spit it out. Lily swats at my hand to let me know, no more, lol.
