Husband not so excited

Everytime my husband talks about the baby coming he isn't positive. When we talk about what we need to prepare for he always says its going to be too much work and alot of money. It makes me sad that he acts like that.. I am so happy and can't wait to see our bundle of joy I just wish he could share in the happiness with me. Anyone else dealing with this?

@lealove Im sure that negativty will surely fade once he is holding his lil one..everyone stresses because having a baby and not being prepared is stressful but just encourage him that things will fall into place and replace his negative response with a positive one and CONGRATS!!! lol what u hoping for boy/girl??

Thank u. We are hoping for a girl. I have a boy and a girl and he has a boy and a girl. Ages 8,8,9,11... I am just praying for us everyday that we will be happy togeher with our new bundle of joy

I have the same problem as yuh @lealove but we had a long talk last night &nd I think he's really coming around to this whole thing &nd I love it ! Jus give it some time &nd do watchu can for getting ready for the bby

Yes I agree, he will be there happy with you, and u wont even see it coming. It took mine a little while to adjust and he surprised me yesterday by movin furniture out of the babys room to make room! Crazy

@lealove that same stoy is happening in my life except its me imma pharmacy tech n lost my job back in aug found out I was pregnant in nov n struggling to find work so I'm nervous about expenses because I'm jus used to having everything at my finger tips I jus dnt no wat imma do....

My bf he's really happy about the baby but im so worried cuz this is my first and I know its gonna b a lot of work and money.

my hubby was the same but i told him to just snap out of it and stop acting like a jerk and get over it cause baby is coming whether he likes it or not!

My bf is excited I guess since this is his first son but I can't seem to get him to help me plan...we haven't even registered for the baby shower yet which is april 30 and haven't started on the nursery yet...he keeps saying we have time (I'm 25 weeks) but the doctors think because how tall the baby is and because I went early with my other 2 kids that I'm gonna go early with this one which if I go early then ill be going in may! That's only 2 months away! Idk how to get him to help...
