    I agree with mama kat stupid loophole found by the defense, the judge has to abide by the written law, whether they like it or not. That being said, dude has spent time in Jail, which I hear isn't fun when you're in for that kind of stuff!

    I read it and understood it. I can't understand how someone can get away with auto cashed data when murderes are convicted with computer cashed data that ”supported” their actions (intentions).

    Gotta love the, ”somebody else must have put the images on his computer.”

    I'd hate to be the judge in this case!

    My ex boyfriend was arrested for child porn back in february... The charges were dropped because "someone else must have put the images on his computer, phone, and a few discs found in his room".

    @Mijita He's very persuasive. And I guess he's suing the girl that turned him in for it. The investigation was 4 months long before he was arrested. Tell me the FBI can't tell that thousands of images were downloaded by someone else. He even tried to factory reset his laptop before they took it. He didn't realize that shit sticks permanently in his hard drive.

    @fate, I think that was meant for @Mama_Kat.

    I agree, that's why I said I wonder if the judge let it slide with an ulterior motive in mind. I think this supports the exploitation of the many abused kids out there. They use hard drive data all the time, makes me wonder why he's the exception. I'm sure there is tons more that I don't know that supports it (ie. Location of his computer, first offense, etc.).

    Oh well, I hope they get him next time!

    @Mama_Kat I never trusted him. That's why we only lasted a month. The moment I was suspicious of him, "you have the vagina of a 6 year old"... Ummmm excuse me!!!!!! I literally started driving that day (just a suitcase and my babies) the 2300 miles to get comfort from a man that had broken my heart. I'll take a broken heart over my daughters being hurt any day!
