When did everyone start a nap schedule with your baby? I feel its important but I'm going to start trying to lay him down at the same time everyday...my Lo is 8 months

I have always let her nap when she feels tired, but it ends up being the same time everyday anyways since about 5 months.

I too let my baby create her schedule. Only thing I wish I could change are her 3 & 6 am feeding sessions. She wakes up like clockwork at that time every morning. Eeeek!

Yeah my lo wakes up every night now for the last month around 3-4am to eat or maybe he's teething. He was such a great sleeper before;(

I did it around 4 months. Nap time between 11 and noon. However, daycare started it so I can't take the credit!
