Help please... Im in beginning stage of labor
Ok well i went 2 the hospital lastnite & my contractions r a steady 4 mins apart & very strong... So strong that Im in tears... I am dilated to 3 i am 50% effaced... They said i am in 1st stage of labor... after 3 hours my cervix did not change so they gave me 2 very painful shots 2 put me 2 sleep so i may rest threw the pain... It didn't put me 2 sleep cuz contractions were to strong but it did help them 2 b more bearable... They sent me home & said they normally tell their patients 2 come back when contractions r every 5 mins apart but since mine r already at 4 & i have a history of long labors they said they most likely will c me back this morning... This is the thing... I have always stopped dilating at 3 & they have always had 2 pop my water bag 2 get me dilating cuz my contractions r so close 2gether & isn't makin no changes... So does any1 have any ideas on how 2 get me dilating again....
