Mine would hurt when I'm ovulating, or right before my period.

Oh, and after a rough session with the hubs.
  • ^if thats the case then I wouldnt worry.

@Mijita Only if they knew how our bodies worked. I really think their clueless lol :)
  • @AishaMusa, I won't even begin to try to tell you how clueless my hubby is about the female anatomy! #-O

Are you sure its your ovaries. Ovaries late in pregnancy are near your ribs because of the enlarged uterus
  • @kayleigh27 I never knew that! That's nuts LOL.

I was going to suggest ovarian cysts, but I don't know now that I've been educated LOL.
  • Well it could be a good number of things so I suggest that she goes and checks it out with her doctor to know for sure what it is before taking any actions upon it.
  • @lilsugarsmama I didn't know it either til I saw a picture of it at the OBs office
  • @kayleigh27 I didn't know that either!!! Omg I learn something new every day!

It can be your pelvic bone too much pressure I was miserable in the third trimester
  • Yeah you could have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)...I had it and its miserable
  • @kayleigh27 I didnt know that. wow thats crazy.lol well it's hurting right where they use to be. it dont hurt all day just every once in a while. I have a doctor appointment in two hours I will ask him about it.

  • Like @aishamusa said, it could be a number of things. Many organs are near that area so the only way to know for sure would be to go to the doc, ultrasound, etc. :(
  • @bettymomma good question :)
