Just got my son a amber teething necklace

I've herd more cloudy the better. I got a honey brown one for him off amazon for 17 dollars. Have any of you ladies had a good experience with them? My son always pulls at his bibs so I'm scared he will pull the necklace off. And what should I look for if its working.

I've seen great reviews. I've also read of putting it around their ankle.

I'm not sure what to look for.

I personally would look for relief, less of baby being irritated.
