Idk about anyone else, but I would never even set the car seat on top of my car in the first place!! That's dangerous enough in itself!!! What a loser, she does not deserve to be a mother.

Didn't the story say she was stoned?? Pot is pretty well known for its clouding of memory. She most likely just forgot baby was there. Still incredibly sad. If she gets her baby back, they should make her do drug tests.
