horrible cold

Im 35. Weeks and have a horrible cold. I feel like if I cough anymore the baby will fall out lol. My doctor said just Tylenol and no cold mess but i've heard from everyone I can take sudafed and Tylenol cold. Any advice?

I would just listen to the doctor if I were you. Drink lots of fluids (OJ works well for me) and get as much rest as you can.
