@armahnismommy I was told by my doctor to take it. Granted he is not my primary one, he works in the office. His wife is a lactation consultant. He didn't want to give me domperidone or Reglan because of the side effects so she told him to have me try Fenugreek. I felt light headed, weak, bruised, period was even heavier, felt sickly. My INR (blood test for Coumadin patients) my blood was way too thin. Therapeutic is 2 - 3 mine was 4.8 so this is really scary. It can also lower your blood sugar level which mine is very low to begin with, so I was taken off of it immediately. This is scary stuff.
