Good god I want a cigarette

I 30 mins it will be 24 hrs since I have had one and these last several hours have been hard. I'm think just on puff but then I think there's goes that last 23 hrs. I'm in a stop smoking study where they give you chantix, or nicoderm or placebo of both. They won't tell you for a year what you were on. Anyways I think I can I think I can. Thanks for reading.

    Just think of your kid(s) and how much healthier you're going to be as they're growing up. You get to watch them grow up and have better quality of life without smoking. Your sense of smell will get stronger and sense of taste...I know the last two are small perks, but any positive may help! :) Stay strong, mama!!

    Good luck, I'm proof it can be done, I quit about 5 years ago. I gag if I even smell it on others. You can do it!
