Fever blisters in sons mouth???

My almost 7yr old son woke up today and has alot of fever blisters all around his mouth and I just saw that he has them all under the tongue my poor son he says it hurts him what can I do to help him he cant eat and I cant take him to the Dc tomorrow I get out late my sister had them recently amd her Pediatrician didnt give her anything neways . Do any of you ladies know of any home remedys??

Thanks I will definitely go look for that I feel so bad cause hes super skinny and I already have to force him to eat amd now he doesnt want to taste anything at all hes just been drinking gatorade. Thanks for your help
