Can anyone describe what it feels like?

    For me, it felt physically like a lump, and behind it (away from my nipple) felt like that achey feeling when your breasts are full, even after nursing. Touching it almost felt like a bruise, but sharper, if that makes sense.

    My breast would hurt & have a lump n sometimes pumping or massaging it wont go away.
