period questions (tmi, but pregly appropriate)

alright, so iv had my period for 9 days, and when i go to the bathroom i hear a "ploop" in the toilet and its a clump of blood. (tmi part) its happend for the past few days. im not bleeding extreamly heavy, but its not light. im not sure what it is.. any thoughts? :-?

Is it normal for u to have ur period for that long? 9 days is pretty long. I cant remember if it was u or not but did u have the mirena removed not that long ago?

@mommyof3girls yeah that was me. i got mirana out may 18 and didnt get my period till july 5th.

I think its totally normal after having the mirena removed. When i had mine removed i started bleeding a few days later and it lasted 21 LONG days. It was super heavy and full of many larger clots. If u google "mirena crash" u will see all kinds of stories like this. Sounds like urs isnt too bad. Thats good. Im really against mirena. Hopefully it stops soon. Good news is for me after that horrible period they went back to normal. So hopefully urs will too.

yeah i figured as much. it seems like it took forever to get my period. i thought i woould automatically bleed for months after i got it removed.
