Sharp stabbing pain

Going down my vagina. What is this? Its usually when i stand up or walk, but latley its been happening while im laying down too. Feels like baby is going to fall out and im having pressure down there. Im 37weeks and 5 days & was dilated to 1 cm on friday. Been having a few contractions but not close enough.

That explains the pain. Her head is hitting is hitting your cervix causing the pain. I started getting that yesterday when I took a walk..it made me jump it hurt so bad!

@ericaK22 yes it does hurt and now i cant sleep because of it.
