Id send them out at the end of the month. Give people at least a month or so

I was just thinking about this.. my daughter will be one sept 17th, but we are doing her party the 15th. I was figuring maybe the 3rd week of Aug..... give people about 3 weeks or so.

I would say about 3 or 4 weeks before the party.
