Doctor told me ten months bc he didn't like his formula anymore and always spit it up

They say you can give them cows milk at 1 year. My health visitor said I can use it in cereal etc from 6 months. He is drinking well above his quota of formula for the day so I do, if he wasn't drinking so much formula I would probably use formula in his cereal too
