now wat?? what can possibly happen next?

im getting a lil fustrated...ive done 5 rounds of clomid 50 mg.. i ovulated all 5 times.. i did an hsg this past week...that DR said everythign looks good..does anyone know whats next?? it seems like my body is ready so why no bfp??

Have you had your man tested to see if his count is ok.

If 50Mg didnt work the first two times u should up the dosage. Thats what I did to get my bfp. Is ur period coming around the sametime every month? When I was on clomid my period come come the same day every month & when it didnt come I know I was pregnant. I got my husband to do his sperm count also

Be done with the clomid,move to femara or something... Clomid doesn't work for some people. And see if you can get a monitored cycle honey...

@mum_to-m&;m @salasmommy- yes he has been checked- well back in Oct..he's a lil on the low side of 20.5 mill and 50% mortality so yea its a lil on the low side
@nylasmommy- clomid has worked- ive ovualted all 5 times
@redshadoe0- i have been monitored with folies being mesured at 20.5 & 22 progestrone levels at 32

im gna have the bf get re tested-- if it comes out low again what happens?

If its low again it might just be a little harder to conceive. Or it could mean you may need a little help I personally don't know the options. I know its hard but don't get worried about it yet as that won't help just enjoy each other and if the count is low then deal with it when you know I'm sure your doctor will give you all your options. Xx

@mama_kat- we've kinda looked into it; I know its some $ we mk good money but we still would need to save. if thats m only option im def gna have to wait another yr =(

I'm at a loss, hon. I don't know a whole bunch about the fertility meds. Some girls had mentioned supplements your bf can take to help him sperm...maybe try that too? Otherwise you're doing everything right. But maybe take RedShadoe0s suggestion and try a different drug. Still pulling for you honey.

Does he wear boxers or breifs? It makes a difference. Breifs causr it to be hotter down there which can lower sperm count. Boxers keep it from over heating.

I ovulated at 50 mg too and at 100 but still nothing, so the Dr let me do 3 rounds of 150mg......I am now coming off of a 3month break, I've only taken provera. I am back at provera and once af starts I have to go has a dye test done on my tubes to make sure they arent clogged....the. if tubes are all good to go, I will have to wait a week or so and then I get to drive an hour again and hubby will go to a back room (he's been checked so we've done this before) put our precious babies in a cup and then I will have already been given an ovulation inducing shot. Once I'm ovulating they will then put a tube that will go right to my eggs and syringe his.swimmers so they are closer to my eggs........
