Sleep regression at one?

edited July 2012 in Sleep
My son has slept through the night (7pm-8am) for the longest time. The last five nights he has been waking at 3am, 5am and 545. He has a very strict schedule, eats at same times daily, naps from 12-1 (won't sleep longer than that) and he isn't teething. He's not cold, hot or sick. He has a fan for noise, a nightlight...I don't know what to do!!

Tessa went through that from 10 months until last week lol she'll be one August 5th. Every night was different and so unpredictable. I blame separation anxiety, because she would wake up screaming bloody murder, where before she would wake up happy and playing. Even at 4am lol. It's been better all of the sudden (KNOCKS ON EVERY PIECE OF WOOD IN SIGHT LOL) and she's been putting herself to sleep and sleeping 10-11 hrs. Even though he's one, if you look up "10 month old sleep regression" you'll see it's pretty common.
