back pain

A friend is due in a month and is having severe back pain and tylenol and heating pad isn't doing the trick anymore. Any suggestions?

Get on all 4s and rock back and forth and side to side. Most likely hee back hurts because thr position of the baby. Hopefully the baby will drop into position soon and she should feel a little relief
