sit against a wall and gently bang their head against it??? my 10 month old dd gets a kick out of it & when i go to grab her so she'll stop she crawls away laughing like its a game of cat & mouse...should i be concerned?

    If it was me I wouldn't let my daughter do that doesn't exactly sounds safe. But I hope someone else can help from experience.

    @jules i dont let her do it.im always in her sight when shes crawling around or on my bed & shell just lean up & do it and ill go grab her right away.she has a checkup Thursday so im gna bring it up.

    @homebirthadvocate thank u my mil said dh did the same thing,but i dont remember my niece or friends babies doing it

    Oh I'm sorry I don't mean to sound rude I'm sure u don't let her do it. I was just saying I would be questionable. Because u asked if u should be concerned and i don't think u should stress over it but at the same time I'm sure if I was in your shoes I would continue trying to get an answer just for some peace of mind. I guess I'm just in agreement with @homebirthadvocate I wouldn't stress. by me saying I wouldn't let her do it meaning try help her understand that people don't find it funny and I'm sure she will naturally stop. I think all babies do something when they think the people around them respond with some sort of attention. But I honestly think she will grow out of it. And I'm sorry again if I come off rude in any way I promise I'm just trying to be comforting and as helpful as I can by trying to put myself in your shoes.

    @jules you didn't come off rude at all,i thought maybe i wasn't specific enough.i guess its hard to distinguish "tone" when your typing lol could be a big misunderstanding at times

    I agree that's why I tried my best to explain my self. But glad I did. I hope u do find the answer u r looking for though and let me know I have good feeling it is ok and just stage.
