Need shrimp recipe Please!

Hi Ladies! Since I spent the day worrying about Ollie I forgot to take something out for dinner. So the quickest to thaw is shrimp. Any of you have good recipe for these little prawns?!

That was my first choice (its my fav as well!) but it's so hot here I was looking for something lighter.
