Ok so im terrified about a week ago i did a lot of housework an it seems that nite that i started getn the tingly falling asleep feeling in my feet an the next day i culd feel slight tingling in my hands i have history of muscle spasms but it dont seem to be it since its n my hands to an i was borderline low on iron after my baby an went on a very big diet i seem to have all the sypmtoms of anemia except the tingly feeling goes away if i walk or move my hands or feet any help on this till i get to the dr please im so so scared!
