Does any one go to the gym? If so I need help:-( I go to the gym but have no idea why to do. I hate my stomach arms and mostly my thighs! I'm too shy to ask for help please ladies help me
before getting pregnant again, i did 2 miles on the treadmill then 2-3 miles on the elliptical. They both are great. Also a stationary bike is good. Does your gym offer any classes?
Im like u...when I did go to the gum I didn't really know what to do lol. I'd start with either the elipticals or the stair master and then id look for weight machines that were not that complicated. Usually they have instructions on them...I'd end with tha sauna. My fave part of the gym lol
They do have classes I'm going to a yoga class today:) that seems like a lot can o start walking I don't think I could run! I went up a fleet of stairs and got overly tires that's when I was like enough is enough:) plus I'm only allowed to have baby in the day care for 3 hours you think I could do two miles or three miles of each? I don't know if they have a sauna but ill check they do have a indoor pool which is good:)
You can do miles on the elliptical a lot faster. It takes a while on the treadmill. So if you are pushed for time jump on the elliptical. Yes you can definitely start with a walk. Get comfortable woth that. Then when you feel good, bump the speed up to a fast walk for a few mins, then back down to a steady walk. Rotate that way to get your ensurance up. As for the indoor pool, swimming and water exercises are wonderful exercises!
