I need advice please ladies!!!
Ok so I sold my car to a guy back in may, I filed a transfer title notification online with the DMV which I'm guessing didn't go through cause here we are several months later and he has yet to retitle the car and he's racking up tickets that are coming to me.. I'm not sure I still have his name, address but I'm wondering what I should do.its possibly sitting at the airport cause I received a citation from them saying its illegally parked.. I'm thinking about going and taking it if it's still there but if it's not should I report it stolen or what to do about getting him to put it in his name if I can't remember his name.. There unfortunately was no bill of sale and all he has is the title but I also still have a title. It scares me to think of him getting me in more trouble
