Tattoos and breastfeeding

I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find it with the awesome search tool on here LOL

Is it okay to get a tattoo while still breastfeeding?

    If I remember reading right the answer was no most tat places won't do it if bf.. but here's a bump for you hun to make sure I am right :-)

    Thats right. Most places will not do it if you are BF.

    The problem is if there is an infection it gets into your blood stream and into your breast milk as well. If you take care of it, it shouldn't be an issue, but with bod mods you just never know, so to be on the safe side, I'd wait.

    Correct, it's usually in the forms. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding 99% of artists will not do tattoos. Lol
