Waking up with brusies..

I didn't know what category to put this in but here goes.
Almost every night I wake up with bruises on my legs that don't hurt and aren't sore. My family says it's because a dead realitive came and touched me but I'm not sure of how much of that I believe, I was thinking it's a problem with my health or something. But the thing is they don't hurt.. Or maybe dead people are touching me..

I have on on the back of my leg & I just saw it yesterday, doesn't hurt either.

My mother has this and is vitamin deficient- vitamin d and k specifically.

I get them too...I thought it was my 2 yr old climbing on me all the time but he hasn't been lately I still have them. If you find out let me know bc I was gonna get checked but I don't know whattp check for.
