What is it? It says it on the medicine bottle.... "dye free infant pain and fever acetaminophen– suspension liquid" its target brand but compares to Tylenol suspension liquid..
All it means is that you take turn the bottle upside down and draw the medicine out with the syringe they give you with it. All I buy is the target brand since it's so much cheaper and it works the same!
