Benadryl keeps causing thrush!

I dont know why but whenever I take benadryl it creates thrush in my nipples and my daughter gets a rash after nursing.

I get yeast infections from it too.

    That's very strange. :/ It isn't any kind of antibiotic or anything which would usually make you prone to yeast. Very odd.

    @RTMommy I know its weird but it is. My daughter is 13 months.... Me having thrush right now is so odd.

    I wonder if it's something else? I tried researching anything linking diphenhydramine to candida and there's nothing. It's actually suggested as part of treatment for thrush. So strange.

    Sounds like you're maybe allergic to it. Does it happen with any other allergy meds?
