  • Both those brands bite! They always leaked for me too. I use Pampers Cruisers, never had a problem with them.
  • Maybe need a different size or try a different brand? I haven't had this happen to my daughter in a long time when it was happening I went up a size and it stopped
  • We use Target brand btw and never had this problem with them only pampers
  • My daughter always has blow.outs when he diapers get too small.
  • Pamper's Cruisers! Not one blow out and my son can blow up.a diaper. Lol
  • My daughter went thru a phase of it, lol. Every time she pooped, no matter what!
  • I agree with the pampers cruisers!
  • Team pampers...my daughter might as well not had a diaper with huggies because any pee or poop avoided the whole diaper lol and when she's in the "too big for this size too small for the next" I just fold the top of the back if the diaper and it acts like a cup to catch alot
  • I use huggies little movers and snug & dry and I never have that issue.
  • Pampers cruisers here... but size and 'tightness' matter... Make sure its high enough that the legs are not saggy and tighten the waist stickys well and maybe get a sample pack of a larger size and try it...
  • Surprisingly, cloth diapers do way better with preventing blow outs!!! I do not miss the days of blow outs now that we have been cloth diapering for 10 months.:)
  • It sounds like maybe they are too small. Pampers are nice but are a fortune target are just as nice!
  • Try going up a size. Even if they are a bit big, it will contain the blowout, just make sure to make the waist tight. I've never had this problem with target diapers...only Huggies.
  • If you love huggies, try going up a size. If that doesn't stop the blow out, I would try a different brand. I personally love huggies and never had a problem with them on my son or my daughter. We did have to move up a size because she pees a ton, lol, but that wasn't because of the quality of the diaper, it was because of the size of her bladder. lol
  • Maybe try next size up? We use Target brand or pampers and don't have this problem.
  • I also use pampers cruisers and I've never had a problem. I agree with the ladies if you love huggies maybe try going up a size:)
  • How old is he? Beatrix was doing that at around 6-7 months, we tried everything!! We changed brands, we changed sizes, nothing worked. We ended up going back to the same diapers we changed to begin with, because we couldn't find anything else that was better. We use pampers baby dry. We tried pampers cruisers, luvs, we went up a size. So we stuck with baby dry and are in a size 3 now.
  • @trixiesmom he is 8 months and its happened basically since he was born just getting more freaquent. He is 18lbs and in size 3. Its not that we are huggies lovers we got a ton of diaper (over 1500 count) from my baby shower and most were huggies so we still have a whole closet full of boxes of diapers we have huggies and luvs in size four. The diaper doesnt look too small but im going to try 4s bc he had two blow outs yesterday and its really frustrating especially when we are not at home for it :( thanks @everyone for your input :)
  • Yea I completely understand. I have noticed huggies run smaller than pampers so going up a size is probly good. My almost 10 month old is 18lbs lol and in a size 3, but I think ill have to go up soon. Hope going up a size helps your problem!
